Los Cabos Encounter

Excellent tour!!

We visited Cabo in February and Panchito Tours was also recommended to us by the hotel concierge. Juan Carlos gave an over-the-top tour of Los Cabos and historical San Jose. Just as Debbie W already said, every stop and side-trip was interesting and worthwhile. The entire trip was much more than advertised and well worth the money! Make sure to give yourselves lots of time for this tour--we were told 5 hours and it was at least 7--and we enjoyed every minute. We really appreciated Carlos' knowledge of the area and relaxed demeanor which made this tour much more pleasurable than the typical stop/take a picture/get back on the bus tour that we've done in the past. We highly recommend Panchito Tours.

Fantastic tour!

We traveled to Cabo San Lucas for our 35th wedding anniversary and were lucky to have the concierge at our hotel recommend Panchito Tours for a city tour highlighting the two cities of San Jose del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas. We were fortunate to have a great tour leader named Carlos. He made the tour original by giving us an overview of each town and adding in a couple of extra stops to customize the experience. On our tour, he added a quick lunch stop at a hotel overlooking the harbor of Cabo for a fantastic view of the city. And, we were treated to a quick drive through to see Michael Jordan's house at the golf course he owns. Throughout the trip, Carlos kept us entertained and excited about what we were seeing, which included the famous "Lover's Arch", shopping excursions, a glass blowing shop and a tequila tasting factory!

It was a great day and a great tour experience. In fact, it was the highlight of our week long stay in Mexico.

Cabo San Carlos and San Jose tour.

We booked a tour thru the Holiday Inn at Cabo San Jose (the old El Presidente hotel) and were taken on our tour by Carlos and his brother thru Panchito Tours. We had a tremendous tour (others went snorkeling) and we went back to San Jose, stopping at a viewpoint along the way. Ended up at a little restaurant called "Jasmine" where we did some tequila taste testing and ordered up some lunch. This little place is a gem and worth the walk thru the local construction on the street out front. The food was outstanding! The conversation with Carlos and getting local history and knowledge was terrific. If at all possible, please use Panchito Tours (ask for Carlos and his bother) and be prepared for the best adventure of your holiday. Very worthwhile, as others have mentioned, they customize your tour and are super hospitable.
